Over Eating or Under Eating

So WOD today was an AMRAP of 4 lunges 6 jumping jacks and 8 hand release push ups for 8 mins then we did a 400m run 20 squats with the kettle bell (I am drawing a blank on what it was called now :P) 10 burpees and a 200m medicine ball run. I messed up the last run and went further then I had to so my time was longer then it could have been but oh well.

By the end of class I was glad to be done and then I gave Jamie my food journal for the past three days. I had though I had been over eating along with eating a lot of crap that I really didn't need to and shouldn't be. Well I found out with the kids I am actually under eating surprise but I can't lose weight that way either because my body just stores everything because it never knows when it will get fed again, funny that this actually makes sense. So all the nice toned muscles I have been working on for the past month are only going to last so long if I keep eating how I am.

So I am going to work on making sure that I eat when the kids are eating even if it means one of them has to wait for juice or seconds. Either way next week Jamie is going to give me some ideas of what I can do to one make sure I am eating and two start eating better I am not quite ready to go completely Palo yet but I think a few changes here and there to start it and by the end of the year I might have us converted over. Now for the long weekend so no class sunday or monday for me but maybe saturday depending on how I am feeling, 5 classes in one week has been a challenge but I have really enjoyed it.
